The systems we move in do not need to define us, but we do need to live with the truth of their influence.
Coaching for individuals who are done with self-work that ignores their context, leaders who want to create environments where people thrive, and organisations who are ready to make change stick.

You already know something needs to change. This is the space to figure out what that is.

The Individual
There was a version of you that felt possible once. Somewhere between the processes, the systems, the roles you perform, and your adaptability, that version of you got harder to reach. It happened gradually. You did not see it happen.
Sometimes that version of you surfaces, then you pack them away and refocus on what is at hand.
You are tired of waiting for the right moment, and tired of becoming someone you never intended to be.
This is coaching for that person.

The Leader
You wanted to do something that mattered. At some point the system offered you a version of impact that was achievable, measurable, and safe.
You took it, because you are strategic and you understood how things worked. But the original purpose never went away. It just got quieter.
You are not lost. You are under-purposed. And you are starting to wonder how much longer you can lead others toward a vision you are no longer sure you believe in.
This is coaching for that leader.

The Organisation
For a long time the priorities were clear and the logic behind the structure felt sound. But something has shifted and you can feel it.
Your people are struggling. Your leaders are struggling. The cost of continuing now outweighs the cost of changing.
You are not looking to dismantle what you have built. You are looking for someone who gets the complexities from the inside. A thinking partner where you can say the unsayable.
This is coaching for that organisation.

About Me
I am Deoné. I have been the individual who packed away versions of me and got on with it. I have been the senior professional who wondered whether what we were doing was worth it. I have sat with the cost of continuing and decided it had to change.
I want to live life vibrantly, and want to work with others who feel the same.
I am an ACA accountant, trained in theology, and a trained coach. I have worked in Big Four firms and large multinationals. I have also moved countries, I am a mother, and someone with personal experience of neurodivergence and chronic health conditions. I have supported a loved one through cancer treatment, navigated brief periods of financial precarity, and I know what it costs when your efforts disappear into something too big to shift alone.
This Is Where It Starts
If something on this page lingers for you, a 20-minute call is your best next step.
“You ask all the right questions. Your approach is deeply person-centred. You didn't provide answers, but instead held space with care. Your reflections helped me gain insights and I felt safe exploring a very challenging season in my life.”

FAQ
How do I know if coaching is right for me? People bring all sorts of things to coaching. Single sessions can be helpful for an isolated decision, preparing for a specific event, or making sense of a response you have noticed in yourself. Packages tend to be more supportive when you are looking for a thinking partner around something more nuanced or complex. Perhaps during a period of change, when you want to improve interactions in important relationships, explore who you are becoming or expand the impact you want to have in your world. Coaching is especially powerful when you feel ready to have another person walk alongside you, offering questions, listening closely and providing healthy challenge; so you can see familiar things in new ways.
How is coaching different from therapy? The key distinction for me is that coaching does not view anything about you as a problem to be fixed. While some strands of therapy are also person‑centred, coaching tends to be more forward‑looking, giving you space to find the best way forward for yourself. I do not offer ready‑made solutions. I trust that you know yourself and your situation best. My role is to listen and offer questions, reflections, and tools that might support your process. Though we may reflect on the stories that shaped you, this will always be in service of where you want to go, always with your future in mind.
Do you coach neurodivergent clients? I am neurodivergent myself with personal experience of autism, ADHD, and chronic health conditions that intersect with how I work and live. Neurodivergent clients are not a specialism I added on. They are part of who I am and who I understand. I chose to train with Barefoot Coaching because their programme is grounded in different psychological approaches and tools, which supports me in seeing every client as a whole, competent human being. I have been coached by practitioners with different backgrounds - including coaches who specialise in neurodivergence and fellow Barefoot graduates - and I have found value in each approach. If you are neurodivergent and unsure if my approach is right for you at this moment, you are welcome to book a free 20-minute discovery call or email me with any questions.
What happens in a discovery call? A 20‑minute conversation where you tell me what you hope to get from coaching. I tell you how I work and whether I think I can help. We discuss if it makes sense to go further. The call is free and comes with no obligation.
How much does coaching cost? Coaching investment varies depending on the type of engagement, individual sessions, packages, group coaching, or organisational work. I am committed to keeping coaching accessible and maintain options at different price points. If budget is a consideration, please mention it when we speak. The discovery call is the right place to find an arrangement that works for both of us.
